Woofs World sells a variety of products for a wide range of animals. A few examples of the products they sell are: Dog Toys, Collars and Chains, Kennels and flea treatments.
As you can see they cater for a wide range of animals needs.

Why Niddocks Internet Solutions?

When Woofs World came to Niddocks they had no website, all they had where ideas on what they wanted. They had heard Niddocks can take an idea and turn it into their reality.

First Meeting

The meeting we held with Woofs World was at there HQ in Cheshire. As all they had were ideas we came up with the approach to have a brainstorm.
Using this method we managed to get all the ideas down on paper and start playing with different ideas and concepts for the site.
We managed to ascertain what features they required for there website.
These included:

Design Ideas (Colours, menu structures etc)
The content pages they require and if they require to be able to update them
The quantity of products to be listed on the site.
The payment provider to be integrated within the website
Sign-off date

Woofs World were impressed with our professional attitude and skills. They asked for work to commence. After the Terms and Conditions were signed we moved on to the next process

The Design Stage

During the initial meeting we had gained a clear idea of what design ideas the client had. We relayed this information on to our team of experienced designers.

The Designers then research the company on the web and that of its competitors as not to replicate anything done before and to offer that something extra the competition doesn't.
Using their years of vast experience and knowledge they managed to draw up a design which we were happy to show to the client.

Using our web based system we were able to upload the design for the client to view.
Our Web based system also allows to put milestones in place for when parts of a project may be completed. Also who they need to be completed by whether it is Niddocks or the client.

When the client had signed the design off the project is then relayed to our website developers. The web developers liased with the client to make sure that they are developing the site in the image they want.

We also had to integrate a notoriously difficult payment processor. At Niddocks we had become experts at installing this particular processor as we have used it many times before.

When the developers were happy with the site we invited Woofs World to view the site. They were more than happy with the result.

Training

One of our experienced developers went to meet with woofs world. We then gave them on-site training on the system, covering all aspects and situations.

We offer this training for all the sites and applications that we build. Keeping it straight forward and simple allowed the customer to feel comfortable using it.

Going Live

After all the training was completed all the parties involved were happy for the website to go live on the world wide web.
