Niddocks Support
Packages
Over the last few months we have had to invest very heavily in our support systems, in order that we continue to deliver the kind of service our customers have come to expect. With this in mind we will be introducing several levels of support that will help improve:
- Customer service
- Allow better communications
- Give you the customer access to a wider range of highly trained support staff.
We have now introduced a ticketing system which will allow you to track and monitor the support required.
The new support desk can be accessed by visiting http://support.niddocks.co.uk.
All customers will initially be put on our bronze level. If you feel that you require a higher level of support then you might prefer to benefit from our discounted hourly rates. The details of which are outlined below:

Choose the Web Maintenance Plan that is Right for You!
As a business our self we understand the need for change. In the future it may be necessary for changes to be made to the website that are not possible through an admin area. We have a range of options for our customers depending on their requirements.
For small one-off updates we can implement these on a Pay as You Go basis charged at our usual hourly rate. For larger one-off updates we have maintenance plans where we manage and maintain your website on a monthly basis.
Along with our support we will work with you to understand your requirements and arrange the level of updates and maintenance you require. Our maintenance plans are invoiced monthly. If the time allocated exceeds the amount agreed then this usage is charged accordingly.
All our web maintenance plans include:
- All websites and web applications are backed up onto a development area where updates can be made before adding them to the live version.
- All updates are extensively tested before going live.
- A dedicated support area where you can submit your update requests.
- Monthly reports on your maintenance usage.
Web maintenance can include:
- Product updates including product additions.
- Updates to content throughout the website or web application.
- Improvements to processes and functions within the website or web application.
- Design updates.
- Template development.
